I had a couple of really bad experiences and was very reluctant to keep looking for a dress but, from the moment I walked into the shop Alex and the team made me feel extremely welcome. They actually listened and gave me advice. I have been in 3 times in total to make sure the dress was perfect before I purchased it. Every time they were eager and happy to help and remembered me and the dress it’s a fantastic feeling being treated as a person and not a number. Thank you ladies
